Returns within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. All items are eligible for refunds and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. No items will be accepted after the 30-day period has expired

Eligible for returns

We must receive the item unused and in the same condition as when purchased

The item must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Photos and videos of your order status are required.

Cancellation Timeframe

Within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process it promptly.

How to initiate a return

Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return Shipping

In the event that the error is yours or due to personal needs, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and these costs are non-refundable.

In the event that a technical error or store error occurs, we will cover your shipping costs.

Refund Method

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund you. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 15 business days, please wait.

The refund will include the purchase price of the product minus any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If we have approved your refund but it has not yet reflected in your bank account, please contact your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time for your refund to be processed smoothly.

If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us to report the problem and arrange a replacement or refund. You must attach photos and play a video.
